Practice Evolved pricing
Core is $199 per practice location a month. Automated payment posting is an addon at 1.5% of collections, added on request. Groups and DSOs are priced by quote. Every new practice gets 30 days of Core free: no card with a referral code, or a card at first sign in with nothing charged for 30 days.

What is included, and what is switched on by request
Core is the shared workspace: every open insurance claim aged from its date of service, filing deadline flags, denial patterns, A/R aging, team assignments and notes. It runs on Eaglesoft and Open Dental, and in part on Dentrix Ascend; the integrations page lists exactly what each system gives you.
Automated adds the work that is done for you: remittances and paper EOBs read and matched to the claim, and insurance payments entered into your practice software. Payment posting is available on request on Open Dental and Eaglesoft, and is switched on one practice at a time after a review with your team. We enter what the payer stated, never a figure we calculated.
Every plan is priced per practice location, not per user. How the connection works and what can be written back is on the security page, and the business associate agreement is published in full.
Pricing questions
Can we try it before we pay?
Yes. With a referral code, your first 30 days of Core are free and no card is needed. Without one, you add a card when you first sign in and pay nothing for 30 days.
Is Practice Evolved priced per user?
No. Plans are priced per practice location, and your whole team can use them.
Is the automation switched on as soon as I choose Automated?
No. Each automation is switched on with your practice one at a time, after a review with your team, and every one of them can be switched off. Payment posting is available on request on Open Dental and Eaglesoft.
Is Evo AI included?
Evo AI, the assistant that answers questions about your own claims, payers and aging, is included with Core at no extra cost. It is being switched on for practices in stages. It answers questions; it does not file claims or change records.
How are groups and DSOs priced?
By quote, on how your group is shaped: the number of locations, the systems they run and the workflows you need built.
